This Thursday night, celebrate Spirit Night at Sonny’s BBQ in Sebring, and help support the Heart of Highlands Sweet Adelines. Sonny’s will donate 15-25% of your bill when you tell your server you’re there to support Sweet Adelines. So bring your friends and family and help support Sweet Adelines!

Fall is here, so it’s time for the Palms of Sebring Apple Fall Festival! From Thursday – Saturday you can stop by the Palms to purchase your share of the 3,100 famous apple dumplings available. There’s also holiday décor from the residents on sale. Proceeds from the Apple Fall Festival benefit resident activities at the Palms.

The Lee Alcorn Duo will be playing at American Legion Post 25 in Lake Placid Friday evening from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Sing and dance the night away while enjoying delicious fish, prime rib, and their full menu from 5-7.

The Spirit of Sebring Marching Band will hold a car wash fundraiser this Saturday, at Advanced Auto Parts in North Sebring, from 8am – 1pm. If you need to get those pesky love bugs off your windshield, bumper, or your ride just needs a good bath, bring it to Advanced Auto Parts, across from Walmart, and support the Spirit of Sebring of Marching Band!

This Sunday, Big Lake Highlands Men’s Chorale will perform at the Church of Our Savior at 7 p.m. in Okeechobee. Come hear traditional songs and arrangements you grew up singing and loving. Church of Our Savior is located at 200 NW 3rd street in Okeechobee.
