Preliminary work has started once again to refurbish Harder Hall. New owner Robert Blackmon of St. Petersburg said the first step will be a clean out of debris in preparation for work on the nearly century-old building.
Blackmon says his biggest problem currently is ongoing break-ins and vandalism at the property. He’s asked the community to report any suspicious activity to police immediately.
He says people driving by should soon see a difference as landscaping work is set to start very soon.
