March is coming in like a lion – at least at the Sebring International Raceway. Officials at the track say already fans are waiting in line outside of Gate 4 waiting for the start of Race Week.
There’s also a Fan of the Year. Wayne Jones of Sarasota has been tapped for that honor. He is on of the crew of the famous LaBamba Racer, which has been a fixture at the track for better than a quarter century.
A good crowd turned out last weekend for the SVRA’s Spring Fling at Sebring. That was highlighted with a spirited Trans-Am race.
